Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Options and Rates

Shipping options and rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery address, selected carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS), and item eligibility.

Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free Economy Shipping

Free Economy Shipping on orders $75 and up is available for eligible orders shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

Free shipping promotions do not apply to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping Locations

We ship to the contiguous United States, as well as Alaska and Hawaii on most products.

Please note:

Certain oversized, heavy, or fragile items may not be eligible for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
Eligible items will display available shipping methods and rates at checkout
At this time, we do not ship internationally

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If an issue arises, please contact us at hello@oddmentshop.com, and we’ll assist with next steps or carrier claims when possible.
