Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window, which begins the day after your order is delivered, as confirmed by carrier tracking.
Returns must be initiated within this 30-day period to be eligible.
We ask that all items be inspected upon delivery. Issues reported after use or well beyond delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.
On Natural Materials
Many of the items we carry are made from natural materials such as wood, leather, stone, or ceramic. These materials may display variations, markings, or subtle changes over time — including grain variation, tonal shifts, or small cracks — that are inherent to their nature and not considered defects.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In original condition and packaging

Returned within 30 days of delivery

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns that show signs of use or handling beyond inspection may be declined.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Important: Returns must be shipped within 10 days of approval. Returns not shipped within this timeframe may be canceled. If you need additional time, please reach out before the 10-day window closes.
Items sent back without initiating a return will not be accepted.
Shipping & Free Shipping Adjustments
Orders qualify for free shipping based on the order total at checkout.
If returned items reduce the remaining order total below the free-shipping threshold, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or store credit issued.
This applies whether one or multiple items are returned.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 States)

In-policy returns (initiated within 30 days and meeting eligibility requirements): return shipping is covered by Oddment

Out-of-policy returns approved as a courtesy:

Store credit only

Original shipping may be deducted if free-shipping eligibility is no longer met

Customer is responsible for return shipping

Alaska & Hawaii

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free return shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on Alaska and Hawaii orders, including in-policy returns

Original outbound shipping is non-refundable
If a return is due to our error (incorrect item, defect, or damage), we will cover all shipping costs regardless of destination.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

Gift cards

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, submit a return request first.
Once accepted, we’ll ship the replacement if available. If not, a refund will be issued and you’re welcome to place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
