All MAHŌ glassware is crafted from high-borosilicate glass. Its colour comes from mineral tints fused into the glass during the heating process, ensuring:

• No surface coatings or paints
• No risk of colour leaching
• Heat-safe and food-safe for hot and cold beverages
• Compliance with international glassware safety standards

Each piece is handcrafted and kiln-fired so the tint becomes a permanent part of the glass itself.

MAHŌ glassware also meets LFGB certification, a rigorous European standard for materials that come into contact with food. LFGB-tested glassware is free from harmful substances, will not affect taste or aroma, and is considered safer and higher quality than products tested only to basic FDA thresholds. Suitable for extreme temperatures and everyday use.

What’s your return policy?

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details and exceptions.

Can I return or exchange a Final Sale item?

All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. We recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing, as these items are offered at their final price and cannot be modified once purchased.

When will my order ship?

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes. We ship to Alaska and Hawaii on most products.

Shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii are calculated in real time at checkout based on item eligibility, carrier availability, and destination. Certain oversized, heavy, or fragile items may be excluded and will not display shipping options at checkout.

Please note that free shipping promotions apply only to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

What is your return policy for Alaska and Hawaii orders?

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are eligible for return if they meet our standard return criteria and are initiated within 30 days of delivery.

However:

  • Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for free return shipping
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable

If a return is due to our error (incorrect item, defect, or damage), we will cover all shipping costs regardless of destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the U.S. only.
