Morihata Organic Hojicha is made by slowly dry-roasting fresh green tea leaves, creating its distinctive auburn colour and deep amber infusion.
The roasting process brings out warm notes of vanilla and barley while greatly reducing the tea’s caffeine content. Expect a dry, hazel-coloured tea with nutty aromas, a gently sweet taste, and nearly no bitterness.
